Description

We are an established, independent, family-owned business supplying the construction industry with steel reinforcement for concrete works. We are recruiting a Production Operative to join our team on a permanent basis.


Main Duties:

Working in various roles within our factory team to cut, bend and weld steel reinforcement bars:

• 
  Operating machinery to process works' orders to customer's specifications:

Working as part of a team to load finished orders onto vehicles, unload in-bound stock and moving material within the factory to achieve customer lead times:

• 
  Adhering to the highest of health and safety standards as determined by our Health & Safety System:

Achieving high levels of productivity as measured by the factory's KPIs:

• 
  Achieving high quality standards as prescribed in our Quality System

Full, clean UK driving license would be preferable.

7:15am - 4:15pm, Monday - Friday, 42.5 hour working week

23 days holiday + bank holidays


Salary:
£450 per week starting salary, to be increased after successful probation period.
