Description

Head of Tech Recruitment, US Division, is a new position that we are looking to introduce as a result of a carefully planned strategic expansion programme that we are pursuing, taking our trusted and established brand beyond the UK and Europe.


Position:


Reporting directly into the MD this role comes with a great deal of autonomy and the scope for an individual to really drive the ongoing strategy for a US team, focusing on business development and new contract wins, significantly growing and developing a team.


Requirements:

Who will this role suit?

  • An established Team Leader or Business Manager with sound knowledge of the US tech recruitment market
  • Strong demonstrable Business Development experience, including a track record of winning high value contracts
  • Previous success of leading and developing a team to achieve high levels of service, KPI's and sales targets
  • A driven, focused individual with strong negotiation skills, yet possesses the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • A selfstarter, that has ambitions for personal growth and development
  • An individual who believes passionately about service and can deliver our Exceeding Expectation values.
