The Role_

Pre-Prep requires an enthusiastic, caring and energetic teaching assistant with experience of supporting EYFS children with SEND (aged 3/4 years) to join our supportive and dynamic Pre-Prep team.

The school has 150 pupils (aged 2-7 years) and is forward-looking, focused on developing each individual; we are passionate about providing an exciting, vibrant curriculum to ignite a love of learning in each pupil.

This role is to support an individual child with additional needs, but will include working with a group whilst supporting them.

You will work within and outside the classroom.

The TA should have a flexible approach and work as part of the wider staff team to support children with a variety of challenges always adapting themselves to act in a supportive manner.
