Description
Working with a growing Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking to expand the D365 BC support team.

They're now looking for someone who has had recent experience providing 1st and 2nd line support to D365 Business Central in a partner environment.


Experience

  • Experienced with the Business Central system
  • Experienced with providing 1st and 2nd line support in Business Central
  • Experience working for a Microsoft Gold Partner
  • Experience with the Construction industry/module (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support
  • Resolving customer problems whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Operating a ticket system

Salary
Offering a market-competitive rate up to £40,000 (DOE) alongside an extensive benefits package - including Health & Wellness package, Employee Assistance, Company Contributory Pension


Location
This position is completely home-based with very rare travel into one of the offices dotted through-out the UK.
