Are you currently an Operations Manager looking for a challenge and wanting to stretch your knowledge base and capabilities?

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day to day growth of the business, supporting the director to oversee the management of policy decisions.

This role is varied and challenging, so being operational and sales minded is essential as is taking accountability for results and ownership.

Position:

  • Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
  • Ability to create a good plan alongside the determination to accomplish goals.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction.
  • Staff development and training experience
  • Target and KPI driven.
  • Someone who ensures all targets are achieved whilst actively developing new business opportunities.
  • Conducting regular reviews of rate strategy for effective yield management
  • Strong commercial awareness and a strategic approach to maximise opportunities.
