    We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice.
    • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels to foster community interaction.
    • Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, public relations, and digital marketing to keep our strategies innovative.
    • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in social media management or public relations, preferably within a similar industry.
    • Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Proficient in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: Up to £31,000.00 per year
