Description
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Revenues and Benefits Service.


The Post is within the Revenues Department which is responsible for accurately establishing liability and collecting Council Tax and Business Rates.


Key Responsibilities


Ideally you will have experience in local taxation environment and able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the administrative process.

  • Experience of dealing with customers in a debt collection environment

Job Types:

Contract length: 7 months


Salary:
£17.00-£18.00 per hour


Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 5 years (preferred)
Revenues Officer: 5 years (required)

  • Accounting: 3 years (required)
- social housing: 3 years (required)
