If yes, this is a role for you Osborne Appointments are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join the team of our large financial client based in Coventry CV3 2SN

We are looking for well-spoken individuals showing customer service qualities who are ready to join our client's office. A great opportunity to grow and develop, all while working in a friendly and driven team is waiting for you


You are expected to

  • Have some experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Be computer literate / have data entry experience
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be available to work full time (any 5 out of 7 days a week rota provided in advance)

You will be
- the first point of contact for customers' queries
- problem solving
- able to navigate a computerized data entry system
