Salary:
£30,000 basic with a £36,000 OTE

Hours:
Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00

Saturday's Rota'd: 08:30 - 13:00

When you start you will be working with the Service and Parts teams to make sure your customers experience is to a high standard.

About your new position:
You will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.

A large part of the Workshop controller position involves:

Day-to-day running of the workshop, allocating work, motivating and supervising the team in the workshop and for ensuring safety, standards & efficiency by the technicians each day.
Carry out regular reviews to identify operational issues / discrepancies and ensure appropriate follow up actions are taken to rectify
Manage the performance of the department
Manage and plan workshop & resources to ensure that work can be completed as per schedule
Support the sales team to ensure cars (presale) are ready for handover
Hold daily production meetings to Plan workload and resources,
Anticipate production problems based on forward plan / resources and provide support to handle workload
Monitor staff performance versus standard role requirements and personal objectives and identify areas for development & training
