Bidding includes both public and private sector opportunities in the UK and Ireland and can be inclusive of self-delivered cleaning, facilities management and security provisions amongst other service lines.


We would consider offering the role as fully remote or as a hybrid role from one of our offices located in Skegness, London and Dublin.

Occasional travel may be required.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying and summarising bidding opportunities for bid/no bid commercial meetings
  • Completion of RFP, RFI, PQQ, SQ and ITT's
  • Maintenance and creation of Knowledge Bank and CRM content
  • Ensuring all bids are reviewed by key providers and operational managers
  • Liaising with other departments to produce highquality returns.
  • Ensuring that all bids are compliant, accurate, presented in the agreed format and uploaded on time
  • Maintaining an awareness of trends and best practice solutions within the industry

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in bid writing. Content creation as opposed to collation.

(Essential):


  • Minimum APMP CF level qualified (Desirable)
  • Must be familiar with the main bidding portals, frameworks and routes to market.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT and research skills
  • Must be committed and flexible according to the needs of the bidding process
  • Must be comfortable with a fastpaced environment and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable working equally effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Capable of reading and extracting the relevant bidding information from large RFPs
  • A strong work ethic
