My client is looking for a Technical Programme Manager who would be responsible for end-to-end programme management from programme identification through to benefit realisation, providing technical expertise and project management leadership in a complex,dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Taking full responsibility and ownership for technical programme delivery of 23 critical European programmes from programme identification through to benefit realisation
  • Managing parallel projects and teams comprising of European line of business members, development teams, external contractors, local country project managers and sales and operations teams
  • Developing the programme documentation, governance and control processes and onboard all stakeholders onto the optimal way of working
  • Working closely with technical teams across Europe to embed new ways of working, project efficiencies and robust process for running projects and programmes
Key experience/Skills
-
10+ years experience working in a document workflow / process automation market

  • 10+ years experience in managing European technical/software projects
  • Considerable, proven success in deploying workflow tools across a panEuropean enterprise
  • Success in achieving results in a matrix environment
  • Document workflow knowledge
