Award Winning Niche Family Law firms seeks an experienced Legal Secretary / PA_
We represent a client base which includes a diverse range of people; some being particularly vulnerable, a proportion of whom have experienced domestic, sexual or criminal abuse or have mental health issues and so you will need to possess demonstrable skills and attributes in order to best serve our clients.
You will need to show maturity, empathy and be able to provide "solution focused" guidance whilst supporting the solicitors with general case management.

Responsibilities include but do not exhaust: -
- Prepare, proof read, and format legal documents, including correspondence and court filings both electronically and physically.
- File and organise legal documents, both electronically and physically.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court appearances for solicitors and clients.
- Maintain confidential client information and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Perform general administrative tasks to maintain client files and solicitor's papers.
- Manage solicitor calendars and assist with key date management for court deadlines and hearings
