The Supply Register is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Science Teacher to join Ark Academy starting in January 2023.

This role is being offered on a full
- time, long term contract basis.

**The Role

As a Science Teacher your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching Science to students with a range of different learning abilities
  • Preparing, planning, and delivering engaging lessons whilst staying up to date with curriculum developments and implementing these in your lessons
  • Writing and implementing education plans, making assessments of educational attainment, setting achievable targets for pupils
  • Build relationships with all pupils, which will foster their interest and participation in their education
**Requirements

To be considered for this role applicants must:

  • Have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one
