Sales Administration Co-ordinator

Bishopton

Basic salary of £22k with a realistic OTE of £24k plus (uncapped pooled commission)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our award winning, energetic, and experienced Sales team in Bishopston.

We are currently looking for an administration co ordinator to assist the Sales team with day-to-day tasks ensuring service standards always remain high.

The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment both independently and as part of a team.


Essential skills for the role include:

  • Experience of dealing with general public in a face-to-face customer service role.
  • Effective communication skills an ability to communicate information at all levels in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to work closely with a team.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Desire to succeed ability to demonstrate initiative and selfmotivation.
  • Well presented.
  • Genuine interest in property and people.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting the Sales Team with incoming call handling
  • Typing property descriptions from dictation and various other sales letters as required
  • Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval
  • Ensuring window presentations are current & up to date
  • Preparing advertisements for entry into various editorials
  • Maintaining the offices webpages and microsites
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Ordering and restocking office supplies

We are offering:

  • Basic salary of £22k with a realistic OTE of £24k plus (uncapped pooled commission).

service).

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45am-5:30pm


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
