Daytime Healthcare are working with a Great National Children's Residential Organisation who are looking for a Team Leader to join there team

As an Team Leader you will be responsible for:

To be responsible for leading and managing a team of residential workers whilst on shift, taking full responsibility for managing the establishment,(including the staff, the resources and the fabric of the building) and the welfare of the children and young people in the absence of more senior staff.
