Are you good at solving problems? Do you enjoy a challenge? Are you self-driven with a commitment to implementing improvements? At Doncasters we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Process Owner Engineer, within the Core process, to join our team in Droitwich.

The Role

As a Process Owner Engineer you will develop and maintain the ceramic materials and dimensional integrity of product passing through the investment casting process.

You will provide engineering and technical support for our ceramic core production operations, supporting that the CTQs for the department are on track and plans are in to improve are being executed.

The role supports new product development as well as legacy product improvement.

Interested?

Undergraduate engineering related degree (BSc) with 4-8 years relevant experience or Masters degree (MSc) with 2-3 years relevant experience, or PhD in appropriate academic discipline.

Technical expertise/analysis as a generalist or specialist

Broad knowledge of materials science, mechanical, industrial engineering along with investment casting technology.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills in process engineering.

Strong communication skills

Project Management experience
