Description

We are working with a Financial services client in the North who are looking for a Software Development Manager. They are looking for someone with experience in Financial services or other highly regulated environments.

This role has a salary of up to £85,000.Our client offers progression and growth within the company, and a great place to learn.

They are currently embracing new technology in their transformation programme.

Key Skills

Experience in Development team leadership, with a proven track record of people and team coaching management
Strong Software Development skills, with experience of:
Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform (Azure an advantage but not essential)
GitHub
API development
Relational databases (Oracle an advantage but not essential)
Test automation
SQL
Understanding and experience of agile delivery and CI/CD

Benefits:

Full time 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working
Holiday: 25 days (pro rata for part time)
Pension: if you are eligible, you will automatically enrol into their pension scheme with 5% employee contribution, 7% employer contribution which increases with length of service
