Our established client in Malvern is seeking an Accounts Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. As the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for running the department.


This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Manager who wants to join a growing team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business accounts.


Responsibilities:


  • Year end accounts
  • Maintain all personal account records
  • Quarterly management accounts for ACIM
  • Maintain/update loans and mortgage schedules
  • Maintain all Sage company account/personal ledgers
  • Sales/ purchase ledger
  • Quarterly rental schemes submit to banks
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Check labour and material invoices
  • Monthly payroll & timesheet checking
  • Monthly/annual pension submissions
  • PAYE submissions & payments
  • VAT returns

Skills/ Experience:


  • Skills/experience
  • AAT qualified or QBE
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised, punctual and reliable
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi task
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
