Job summary
We are currently scouting for passionate and high-energy EYFS Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception classes across Leeds.The first year of school is the most important year of a child's life. Our partner schools need dedicated staff who understand the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and know that play is actually serious work.
Responsibilities
- Continuous Provision: Facilitating learning through play in the messy area, the reading corner, and the outdoor mud kitchen.
- Personal Care: Supporting young children with hygiene, toileting, and snack times with sensitivity and dignity.
- Observations: capturing wow moments (using tablets/apps like Tapestry) to track student progress against the Early Learning Goals.
