We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our Talent Team to cover acquisition administration across our Corporate Business together with EMEA - reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager.
This is a key role in our ambitious plans to grow and transform our organisation over the next two years.
Objectives & Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive results to sustain Inchcape Shipping Services Talent Organisational goals, vision, and mission
- Assists with recruitment process endtoend by placing ads, screening, coordinating interviews, tracking applicants.
- Participate in projects and programs as assigned, and support continuous improvement efforts where required
- Perform other additional related duties as assigned
- Must exercise good judgment, tact, and diplomacy while demonstrating a high degree of integrity and judgment in dealing with confidential matters and maintenance of sensitive records.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of management; ability to understand, influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish talent acquisition objectives.
- Ability to think logically, establish and follow procedures, instructions and make sound decisions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and reprioritise tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities or processes.
- Possess a natural intellectual curiosity to find opportunities and solve problems.
- Possess organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise, be detail oriented and results driven.
- Possess high energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.
- Cheerful & funloving disposition
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
