Locations:
Hybrid working in Edinburgh 2 days a week in office


Salary:
£46,000 to £60, % bonus


We are working in partnership with a leading consultancy firm who work with some of the top financial services firms in the UK.

Due to internal successes and continued growth, two opportunities are available for HR Business Partner.

These roles would be perfect for proactive individuals who want to shape the transformation of a business and initiative and lead HR projects duringa period of change and growth.


They can offer brilliant progression opportunities and the chance to be involved in interesting culture transformation projects, working closely with senior leadership to shape change within the organisation.


You'll be:


  • Developing, growing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Coaching, facilitating and implementing HR initiatives
  • Providing frequent data analytics to key stakeholders/leaders/managers to help drive insight, trend analysis and actions
  • Implementing effective people management strategies
  • Providing input on ER matters where required
  • Proactive preparation & leading of employee life cycle activity with line managers
  • Contributing to the development and retention of talent

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Curious and proactive personality
  • End to end Employee relations experience including complex disputes
  • Trackrecord of successfully coaching and developing senior managers on HR and ER matters in a complex environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent is desirable, but not essential
