Orka Financial is partnering with a multi-site business based in Reading, who are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator, the role sits within Supply Chain and works closely with the finance department.

This is great opportunity to further a future career within an accounting role using your administration skills.

The role requires previous experience providing full administration support, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders dealing with contract agreements.

  • Assist in the collection of debt.
  • Manage the creation and approval of all purchasing agreements.
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of supplier contracts.
  • Liaison with suppliers for provision and reconciliation of information specifically quarterly billings of products
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reporting and analysis for existing stakeholders.
  • Play an active role in the continued development of existing supply chain financial processes.
  • Management of the Supply Chain Commercial Inbox
  • Assist with the reporting and collection of Vending income.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 - hybrid working model - career progression
