Job Introduction
Role Responsibility
- Prepare and calculate invoices and billings
- Managing client account records and data entry into accounting software
- Monitoring credit control processes
- Updating financial spreadsheets and reports
- Preparing & calculating commission reports
- Assisting with accounts receivable and payable
- Managing multiple inboxes
- Provide ongoing support to the Finance Manager
- At least 2 years' experience working as a finance associate or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of finance and accounting standards
- Proficiency in using Sage50 accounts
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Great organisational and timemanagement skills
- ICT skills with good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and organise own workload, using own initiative where appropriate
- A proactive work ethic to ensure knowledge is always uptodate
- The ability to work with discretion in the handling of confidential data, ensuring that information is handled appropriately

- £27,000 per annum but negotiable depending on experience and skills.
