The Commercial Paralegal Role


Based in the company's Cheltenham office as the Commercial Paralegal you will be working closely with HNW clients, Commercial Brokers and Solicitors to ensure each case is handled efficiently.


You will be a pragmatic problem solver with an in-depth knowledge of the Commercial conveyancing, you will use your knowledge to help clients navigate the legal requirements of their commercial mortgage.


It's important to have an in-depth understanding of commercial mortgages including offers, clauses, exclusions, drawn downs and personal guarantees etc ensuring information is accurately to all parties involved.


  • Liaising with Brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients
  • An indepth knowledge of the Commercial Conveyancing
  • Keeping records and ensuring compliance throughout each case

The Commercial Mortgage Paralegal Package

  • 35 hours per week
  • Office Based
  • Salary £28 £30k
  • State of the art CRM system
  • 22 days holiday per year + bank holidays

Desired skills and experience

  • Knowledge of Commercial conveyancing
  • Specialist knowledge of Portfolio buy to let, Bridging, Commercial and Development finance cases
  • A pragmatic problem solver with a proactive approach
  • A desire to expand your knowledge within Commercial finance
  • Exceptional attention to detail
