We are looking for a Governance Administration Assistant to join us on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Governance and Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will play an instrumental role by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.

In return, we will support you in your governance career and ensure you are involved in projects that support great governance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the organisations governance meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the Legal and Governance Team and develop and manage effective office systems
  • Primary minute taker for governance meetings
  • Maintain associated action logs following meetings
  • Support in organising Board and Committee Meetings and training events

Requirements:


  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders
  • Well developed problem solving skills with the ability to interpret, summarise and convey complex information
  • Can do attitude
