The Post


The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking College Administrator (Student Services, Safeguarding and Interventions) to provide support to the Safeguarding and Interventions Team and the Student Services Department.


The successful applicant will be required to provide administrative support for the Assistant Principal (Safeguarding and Interventions) and the Director (Mental Health and Wellbeing) on all areas relating to the welfare and support of students in the College.

The post holder will also undertake routine work as part of the Student Services Department under the line management of the Director (Operations).

The post requires a flexible approach to working and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Excellent administrative skills and effective people skills are essential for the role, which carries an expectation for some occasional mandatory evening activities, including Open Evenings, for which time off in lieu will be given.

The post is available immediately on a permanent, full-time, term-time only basis.

The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only plus one additional week prior to the start of the autumn term (with 45 minutes unpaid lunch break each day %).


The Department


The Student Services Department is located in the Langham Building, where the staff work together in a flexible manner to ensure that this busy area is effectively operated.


Salary
The salary for the post is from £18,809.78 to £19, FTE £21,421 to £22,634) per annum.
