Description
Within the Product Development team, the eLearning Specialist will support on the design and delivery of innovative eLearning products and other online resource tools which form part of the knowledge and competence portfolio of RICS products.
Key Achievements & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver eLearning courses, transforming technical content into engaging and interactive learning products to include course design, description pages, resources and activities
- Update and amend existing eLearning content when required ensuring descriptions, resources and materials are accurate and current
- Ensure excellent user experience ensuring that navigation, design and communication channels are interactive and of a consistent quality
- Make sure that products are brand compliant and where appropriate adapted for local market requirements
- Creation and editing of audio, video, graphics and supporting material assets
- Load and configure courses on Moodle based Learning Management System
- Provide quality customer support to members and nonmembers via eLearning inbox as per agreed Service Level Agreement and support the manager with reporting
Experience Required
- Experience and knowledge of a Moodlebased LMS as an administrator
- Knowledge of utilising authoring tools and animation software to build eLearning: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio, Adapt
- Design and media creation skills
- Working knowledge of the Adobe suite software e.g., Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects and InDesign
- Video production experience
- Experience of multilanguage courses and translation
- Some experience in Instructional Design and knowledge of learning theory
- Highly organised and methodical approach with experience of working in a fastpaced constantly changing environment
- A proactive, confident and creative approach to work
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create impactful learning products
- Culturally aware with the ability to operate effectively in a global role and work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise
