We operate a non-judgemental approach to working with children and young people so they can rebuild their self esteem and confidence to thrive into adult life.


Teenager 2 Adult Care is a semi supported accommodation provider providing care packages to young people with a range of complex needs in the Dudley area.

We are currently growing our service in the Black Country and have further opportunities arising in the Birmingham area in 2021.

Therefore, we are currently looking to recruit and train 2 x support workers in our Dudley service in preparation.


You will meet a variety of children and young people with a range of support needs and who may require high levels of support.

Therefore you will create positive relationships with the children and young people as well as your team and other professionals involved to meet their needs and fully safeguard them.


You will have a high level of organisation skills to create timetables, set and maintaining boundaries and expectations for the children and young people.

Good verbal and written communication skills will be important as you will be required to produce written reports, make accurate records and liaise with professionals involved with the child regularly.

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
