• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all web content is accurate and uptodate.
• Assist in uploading new pages to the Content Management System (CMS).
• Support content optimization efforts for SEO under the guidance of more experienced team members.
• Collaborate with the digital content team to address discrepancies or updates needed on the website efficiently.
• Regularly report updates and any issues encountered to the Digital Content Manager.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong presence on social media.
• Ability to perform detailed research and present findings effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling large amounts of data.
• Interest in learning about SEO and content management systems.
