Description
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, houses and construction sites.
- Supervising other team members.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available in the van.
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Dropping off other team members at designated sites.
- Perform routine cleaning checks.
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time when required
