Summer 2023
Leading International Summer School requires an experienced and motivated member of staff to teach our Coding class.

The position is well suited to a Computer Science graduate / Master's Student or an experienced teacher within the Programming and Computer Science field and who has experience working with teenagers.

Your role is to teach an introductory class for students interested in computer science, maths and general science. Students will learn the fundamentals of coding theory, language and animation.

They will work on projects ranging from game design to app development and gain an understanding of STEM and future career opportunities to open them.


Key areas of knowledge:

  • Python.
  • Java.
  • CSS.
  • AI and Robotics.
  • Computer Ethics.
Overall, we want our students to develop critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience working with international students in a friendly and supportive teaching environment.


All staff must participate in a mandatory training session which will be scheduled prior to the start of summer school.

Applicants must have reliable means of transportation to get to campus on a timely basis. Please be advised that as part of our interview process, we will request contact details for 2 references. All gaps in CVs must be explained satisfactorily.

Applicants will also have to provide ID and hold - or be willing to obtain - a current PVG / Enhanced Disclosure / CRB.

Salary is pro rata and dependent on experience and location.
