  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to IT issues
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions
  • Conduct system upgrades and updates as needed
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses

Requirements:


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
