Description
Occupational Awards Limited (OAL) is a leading awarding and end point assessment organisation based in York.

We are a not for profit organisation with an enviable and growing list of customers and are looking for an experienced administrator to join our expanding team.

The role is to support the CEO and the Company as a whole with general administrative tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • Assisting the CEO in arranging Board Meeting dates and venues
  • Assisting the CEO with the preparation of Board Papers
  • Supporting the Customer Service and Data Manager with administration around Health & Safety
  • Assisting with booking delegates on Conferences, hotel bookings, meeting room bookings
  • Supporting the OAL team with general administrative tasks such as filing information, photocopying, producing resources and sending information/briefing updates to customers
  • Administration of production, printing and posting of certificates
  • Assisting with general housekeeping on the OAL portal
  • Supporting the Customer Service and Data Manager with data returns
  • Supporting the business with tracking and recording annual compliance checks
  • Providing the CEO with administrative support as required
  • Providing support cover for the Customer Service and Finance teams as required

Salary:
Up to £21,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
