About you:

  • Expert in managing and championing disability, accessibility, and adjustments in the workplace.
  • Proven track record in devising workplace accessibility processes from inception, embedding new ways of working and overcoming challenges or resistance to progression.
  • Experience in navigating accessibility support networks to allow speedy adjustments and improvements to be made.
