Job description:

Our client is a global design and brand experience company who are looking for an accomplished People Partner to join their team.


As the People & Culture Partner you'll be reporting to the Global CPO and working in cooperation with the Senior Leadership Team.

Your goal will be to retain and develop the creative culture, by shaping and building a best-in-class Employee Experience.

You will be part of the team that will design, develop and implement strategies that will attract, engage, and develop employees and build a high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working with Senior Leadership to help evolve the team structure and operating framework
  • Have a oversight of all recruitment in the UK
  • Help to analyse HR trends and metrics and provide meaningful insights to bring about change
  • Able to work to diffuse / resolve employee relations / grievances issues
  • Suggest new People & Culture strategies and projects that make a difference to employees
  • Working closely with the Head of Employee Experience, implement a blend of learning programs, workshops, webinars and coaching opportunities

Skills and experience:


  • Excellent knowledge and experience of UK Employment law and Employment Practices
  • Experience working in creative organisations or those with a strong client service/customer service culture
  • Previous involvement in recruitment strategy & Practices
  • Service oriented with 'cando' approach; selfmotivated able to work under own initiative
  • A drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse complex information and insights and recommend solutions
This is a permanent role with hybrid working, paying £65-75k DOE.
