Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to work for this successful accountancy practice.Your duties will be as follows:
- Supporting the team to prepare and maintain client accounts
- Processing of accounting records including cash book
- Dealing with the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and nominal ledger
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Arranging for bank payments and transfers/banking of client receipts
- Liaising with third parties on behalf of clients e.g., insurance companies, banks
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Producing accurate accounting records and other work set
