We manage a number of residential developments in Norwich and looking to expand our caretaking team.

All caretaking tasks relate to communal areas at private residential developments.

• General Caretaking duties at various sites every week including:
• Janitor tasks (Tidying communal binstores / Putting bins in/out for collections )
• Cleaning Services (Carpet cleaning / Cleaning Communal Stairwells)
• General Minor repairs (adjusting door closers / replacing broken & damage items / erecting signage etc)
• Weekly H&S Checks / Inspections
• Pressure Washing
• Commerical Bin Cleaning
• Meter Reads
• On Call Emergency Response

Requires:
Full Driving License (Beneficial if you have experience of using a trailer.)

Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- caretaking: 2 years (preferred)
