Stores / Material Operative - Southampton, United Kingdom - Ktwo

Description

Due to continued growth and expansion, Ktwo are looking to recruit a Stores / Material Operative reporting directly to the Material leader.

• Supporting the Reorganization of the existing materials systems.
• Identification of current parts & creation of physical stock locations.
• Supporting the data entry into SAP of both quantities and locations

• Goods in
• Checking off deliveries and booking them onto the SAP system.
• Monitoring stock levels & liaising with team leader to ensure the timely reordering of stock.
• Picking & packing of parts
• Ensuring areas of responsibility are meeting Health & safety standards
• Supporting stock management control processes
• Loading & offloading delivery lorries
• Any other reasonable duties.

• Previous Warehouse/Stores experience is essential.
• Current/Active Forklift License.
• Knowledge or experience of material stock management controls.
• Computer Literate, notably in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Must be able to work on their own or as part of a team to relay clear & accurate information onto other staff members.
• A proactive attitude to problem solving.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Flexibility for overtime when required
• UK Driving License
