We're looking for a kitchen porter / general assistant to work in our kitchen alongside our Head Chef for approx 30 hours per week.
We are a busy, family run village pub, restaurant and B&B that prides itself on producing fantastic quality food using local produce, serving not only a strong local trade but also tourists and visitors to the Golden Valley.
You will be comfortable working in a small, close knit team, but also have the ability to think on your feet and also carry out your role when left on your own.
You will be someone who takes pride in their job, ensuring the kitchen is left spotless at close down and ready for the following shift.
Job roles include, but not limited to:
- Dish and pot washing
- Cleaning down surfaces and areas throughout shift
- Supporting the chefs by replenishing stock throughout the shift
- Cleaning kitchen at close down (surfaces, floor, bins)
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£8.50-£12.00 per hour
