We are Forest, the bikes that look like trees We're looking for a Warehouse and Stock Administrator to take charge of all inventory management and stock control at our central London hub - quite literally keeping the wheels turning for the mechanics and teams that you'll be working with If you're hyper organised, with an eye for detail and love working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you

As soon as possible
This role is a 45 hour per week contract. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Stock Control: Take ownership of our stockroom, managing our inventory with precision, making sure we have the right parts and tools at the right time.
- Tools: Keep a detailed record of tools checked in and out of our stockroom, issuing them to the team each day with the correct safety equipment.
- Consumables: Oversee the use of consumables, making sure we're wellstocked and never caught without the essentials.
- Facilities: A clean and organised warehouse is not just an aspiration; it's a minimum standard. You'll take pride in maintaining our premises to the highest standards, creating a safe and efficient environment for the whole team.
- General Admin: Provide essential administrative support to our team, ensuring all signage and notice boards are accurate and uptodate. You'll also collaborate closely with our finance team to handle invoices and paperwork, ensuring smooth and timely ordering processes.
- Sustainable mindset: You will explore and establish new supply chain options that could be friendlier to the planet
Who you are:
- You have experience working in a stock or administration role (1+ year experience) such as a personal assistant, stock room assistant or warehouse operative.
- You are obsessed with organisation and love finding ways to make processes more efficient
- You thrive when multitasking and lean into taking responsibility of different tasks
- You pride yourself on your attention to detail and have the ability to foresee future needs
- You are efficient in using Excel/Google Sheets
- You feel confident explaining to others and reminding colleagues of the correct procedures
Bonuses but not essential:
- You have experience working in a warehouse
- You have experience purchasing equipment with sustainability in mind
