Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
_Are you looking for an opportunity to join an ambitious company, become part of a client-centric team, and help grow the business?_
You're an experienced Financial Adviser with at least 2 years in an advisory role with CAS status and qualified to Level 4 diploma status or above.
You'll already be advising on pensions, investments, and insurance in the pre and post-retirement stages and confident in dealing with clients and providers via telephone/video calls on all parts of the advice process.
The company offers a remote/telephone/video call-based service to retail clients across the UK and currently has over £200 million of Assets Under Advice.
Their ethos is, that people deserve a better service than traditional financial institutions offer, and they are committed to providing high-quality ongoing financial advice and superior products to all their customers.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Provide pension and investment advice to clients with investable assets between £50,000 and £500,000.
- Follow the prescribed advice processes for each business area.
- Conduct financial reviews and identify suitable opportunities for new business.
- Work closely with the technical team to facilitate the delivery of advice.
- Adhere to all compliance procedures of the firm with full support provided by the paraplanning team.
Package:
- Salary of £50k 55k per annum.
- Regular monthly bonus once probation passed is a pool of money generated as a percentage of the company's gross turnover and then distributed to all staff (circa 15% of salary presently for advisers).
- Other specific adhoc bonus incentives when giving advice on certain business areas.
