Wheatley Group is recruiting a new Head of Quality and Construction to join its award-winning team.

Scotland's leading housing, care and property-management group has a strong track record in delivering exceptional services and support to customers.

The Group also has ambitious new-build and investment programmes across Glasgow.

As the Head of Quality and Construction, you will be responsible for leading and delivering an extensive development and regeneration programme through the post contract stages, from pre-start to the making good defects stage for the various Registered Social Landlords and Wheatley subsidiaries within the Group.

You will have previous experience in planning and managing the delivery of development and construction programmes.

You will lead the Quality and Construction team in planning and delivering Wheatley's development programmes to budget, on time and to the desired quality.

As Head of Quality and Construction, you will also develop a range of effective partnerships with stakeholders and ensure appropriate procurement approaches are delivered with maximum effectiveness and benefit to the wider communities we serve and with customer service at the forefront.

You will manage risk, performance and governance reporting and support the Director of Development and Regeneration in preparing performance and reports for committee and boards.
