My client are a residential housing developer with developments based in Cambridgeshire, they are looking for a Head of Customer Service to head up a new region and manage a team

You will need to work closely with the construction director to create & implement customer service process's in order to to ensure a smooth customer journey when buying a property & throughout their warranty period.

Although the role is office based you are required to spend time on site to work with site teams in order to ensure a high standard of finishing on the properties prior to handover to eliminate the snags after the customers move in
