At Lakeside we supply and install Flood Defence Systems, Roller Garage Doors, Security Shutters and Awnings throughout the UK, due to continued expansion we are currently looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to work at our Head Office in Fforestfach, Swansea.
Role Responsibility
- Manage the sales & purchase ledger, ensuring the accurate input of invoices, dealing with queries and undertaking statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations / posting receipts and payments
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Supporting fellow team members in the day to day running of the business
- Previous accounts assistant experience in a busy environment
- Fully competent in all MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience using Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- A calm and professional manner and an adaptable approach to work
- Methodical and well organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Willingness to learn and multitask is essential
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
