What we are looking for

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Residence Manager for The Curve which is a newly refurbished site which is minutes walk away from the vintage boutiques and artisan coffee shops of Brick Lane.

The Curve has 350 beds and is only a 20-minute tube ride away from the centre of the capital.

The Curve is perfectly located for local universities like the London School of Economics and Political Science, Queen Mary's & University of London.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operation of the site.

You will manage and motivate the site team to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times.

You will champion health and safety, along with training,and develop your teams to ensure a best-in-class service provision.

About you
You will have exceptional management and leadership skills in a comparable market.

(Student accommodation, hospitality, hotels, apartments etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships internallyand externally.

An energetic approach to delivering outstanding customer service is a must.
