Established in 2015, our client specialise in software to help manage and motivate sales teams within the Recruitment sector. Now serving more than 4,000+ salespeople and managers they provide SaaS platform designed to improve Productivity, Motivation andEngagement. Their software enables you to create big-screen TV displays, automated sales competitions and produce reports. It helps sales leaders create a culture of success & celebration. In 2021 they grew their employee head count from 6 to 16 and doubledtheir revenues following a £600k investment. Now they are setting their sights on a £3m Series A fundraise.

Due to growth they are looking to add to the sales team with the recruitment of a Sales Development Representative.


Role:


  • Sales Development Representative (SDR)
This is a fully remote position with monthly meetups in Birmingham.

As an SDR you will be reaching out to recruitment companies across the UK to talk about how this company can add value to their business.

Your aim is the book appointments for the more experiencedsales team members to close business. You will have a variety of tools at your disposal. It's an exciting opportunity to make your mark and become a champion salesperson in the business.

  • Role responsibilities:_
  • Scheduling demos for Account Executives
  • Providing in depth information to the sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Meet or exceed assigned KPIs
  • Contributing to improving the sales process through research & experiences
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in HubSpot
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research

The package on offer for this role:

  • £27,500 basic salary
  • Y1 OTE £42,500
  • 25 days plus Bank Holidays (plus time off over Christmas)
