A leading regional firm are recruiting for a residential property lawyer to join their team in Oxford. The firm are modern, forward-thinking and are renowned for their excellent culture and training. They are also well respected by clients with countlesspositive testimonials.

They have recently received a gold award from Cancer Research UK for their contributions to charity, acting as testament to their positive culture.

The role will see you handle a wide range of residential property matters, requiringthe need for a sound technical knowledge of conveyancing law.

You will also be required to contribute to the business development of the department and training of junior members of the team.

To be successful, you will:

Be a qualified solicitor, charteredlegal executive or licensed conveyancer.
Have solid experience of residential property law from a reputable source.
Be able to work independently but also with the other members in the Team.
Be fully engaged with the firm's marketing strategy.
