Description

Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Guiglia (Modena-Italy), international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our busy plant in Bodelwyddan.

Main responsibilities include:

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions, person specifications and adverts, issuing offer letters and contracts of employment.
Conduct investigations and assist with disciplinary and grievance cases minute taking
Support the Payroll Advisor with temporary timesheet administration and updating of Add Time System.
Ownership of all employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives such as employee of the month
Liaising and building relationships with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and occupational health referrals

Person specification:

Experience of working within a fast paced HR department, ideally within a manufacturing environment
A CIPD qualification is desirable although not essential
Experienced in the use of HR / Payroll systems
Fully proficient in the Microsoft suite
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
