CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - PERMANENT

Start date - ASAP

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Fully office based role - Just outside the Newark area
Superb opportunity to join a professional, extremely busy and friendly accountancy practice based just outside the Newark area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice and working alongside accountancy professionals at their best


Duties include:


  • Preparation of year end accounts and tax computations from client records for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Client facing role
  • Supporting managers and partners as part of a focused client service team, which will include responding to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and mentoring junior members of the team.

Experience required:


  • ACA / ACCA finalist, almost, newly qualified or fully qualified or QBE
  • Experience of preparing accounts and related business tax computations
  • 23+ years practice experience
  • Experience of reviewing team members' work
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence


This is a full-time position working Mondays to Fridays 37.5 hours per week and this is a fully office based role with free on-site car parking.

Due to the nature of the role we will require a car driver/owner.
