SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER - Two posts available

Salary:
£41,737 - £45,692 per annum

Closing Date:
Sunday 18th February

Hours per week:
Full time, 37 per week

We have exciting plans to meet a strategic housing requirement of 11,000 homes by 2040, deliver masterplan regeneration projects in Andover and Romsey, provide for extensive new employment provision and contribute to the Council's ambitious climate change agenda.

With previous experience of working in development management, you'll be a confident communicator, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including Councillors, planning agents and members of the public.

Bringing a fresh perspective to our well-established and friendly team of professionals, we also welcome constructive and respectful challenge with the aim of continuously improving our service for our residents.
